Ms. Bel Leong-Hong is the Founder, President, and CEO of Knowledge Advantage Inc. As a former General/Flag-equivalent senior executive in DOD, with 30 years of public service, Ms. Leong-Hong has held a number of high-level positions that include serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, where she managed a multi- billion dollar portfolio in Command and Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs, congressional relations, information technology policies, and strategic planning.

Mr. Ferdinand “Danny” Aranza brings 25 years of legal, policy, program, financial and consulting expertise in his role as Vice President of Business Development for KAI and President of Kuadra. Mr. Aranza was a senior executive during the Clinton Administration at the Department of the Interior where he managed an office that dispersed $300 million annually in financial, technical and development assistance programs for American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau. Mr. Aranza received his law degree from U.C. Berkeley and his Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Mr. Edwin F. Wang, J.D., is General Counsel and Director of Operations for KAI. Mr. Wang manages project teams, resolves issues, and develops business development strategies. He provides knowledge and skills in a wide array of legal, proposal writing, project management, and administrative management functions. He researches legal, contractual, and compliance issues, provides advice and counsel on proposed resolution, and executes strategies in legal and administrative hearings. He obtained his J.D. Degree, from the Georgetown Law Center in Washington, DC, and an A.B. Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
